Used to really like this app, but the past few months its been more aggravation than its worth. I do my part by selecting the rebates, purchasing the products and taking pictures of my receipts, but they only pay out for about half of the rebates. Last month they deducted money from my account. I've had my most recent receipt pending for days. And I can't withdraw my funds with venom. Too many problems lately!!

It can be super annoying. If your loyalty card is connected, it automatically awards for purchases made without uploading receipts. IF it works. Sometimes it misses purchased items and doesn't award credit. The app will disconnect your loyalty card without notice. You believe it is connected, and purchase accordingly. When you notice you aren't getting credit, it is up to you to remember the offers that were on the app at the time you made purchases, then submit photos. Such a hassle!

Every time I go to open the app I get a message that says it's having trouble connecting to the servers. Then gives me the option to retry or cancel. The retry option gives the same message. I tried restarting my phone. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It doesn't work. I have been dealing with this for several months. At first, restarting my phone fixed it but now that doesn't work anymore. I have almost $60 I can no longer get to. Not at all happy with this app. Response appreciated.

Had issues when I first started using the app of not getting credit with food lion loyalty card. Representatives had quick response time and even gave credit for some if the issues. Now all is good and use it almost daily. Only complaint and the reason for 4 stars is you have to hunt for the deals before shopping. It can take some time i might not have before heading to the store.
