Paid for gold subscription and got a new phone three months later. They will not transfer the subscription regardless of what they claim. Tech support is the poorest I've ever experienced and I'm in the tech support business. I've had two canned responses that make it obvious they are not reading my emails about the issue. No refund, no resolution, no customer service, no concern about a paying customer. I'm actually shocked at their disregard of their customers.

Can describe it as an awful experience! Tinder plus, that is,by the way, for extra money, doesn't work!! Support team never helps! You pay for an ability to search people in any place, but nobody can see you anywhere!!nobody! And that guys from ''support team'' even don't understand and can't do anything! ''Great'' app ever)) don't spend your money and time! Because you won't see your money!

Tinder has gotten to be much better than it was from when i first signed up! I wouldn't call it the hook up app anymore although their still are some guys that that's all they are looking for but you will find that on every dating app! As of lately tho i have to say that Tinder really seems to be scraping at the bottom of the barrel for guys! Idk what has happened but the guys aren't as top notch as they once were.

Just not worth any one's time I was band for life absolutely no reason was given when I asked the reason I got an auto-reply from "Kyle" saying I violated some term in there guidelines but still no reason was given! Edit I tried to reload and hope that the lifetime baned was lifted fat chance. I still don't know what I violated it's just a absolutely horrible app not worth any one's time or money before warned you will be banned for now reason and no reason will be given!
