Do you like bugs that pile up over time to eventually make your paid service completely unusable? Then look no further. Plex will give you grey hair with frustration as its long list of broken things grows, and yet they keep stapling on more bad features every update as if the rest of the app wasn't a garbage fire. I have worked for software companies like this. Their tech debt is likely insurmountable, yet they will ride their broken software it until they are bankrupt. This is the end of Plex.

Horrible. Despite the fact that on my Windows 10 desktop system I can log in without problems, I can't do that anymore on my phone. It said "Login failed" whatever I do. No matter I've checked and rechecked my credentials, or even I changed my password with a very simple one, I still can't log in. And from what I saw on the internet, this kind of problem date from 2015 and it seems they didn't know how to fix it even today, in 2019. And I was at one click distance to opt-in for a lifetime plan.

when using the app on my LG v30+ I can see all my media but when I try to play something I get the error: playback has stopped because the connection has been lost. I can open a browser window and use the web player and it works no problem though. I've cleared all the app data, uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work. It does work on my tablet though so I know my server isn't the problem.

Hasn't functioned properly a few updates now. The home screen always says offline but individual content tabs work. the solution I saw was to restore defaults, which only lasts a little while and just goes back to offline. And every time I do that I have to fully re-setup my home screen because the Plex defaults suck.
